I still believe they need to reign in the costs which they appear to be doing.
Everything you've said is correct but I think until there is a hint of cash flow positive combined with the pump and dump history it's going to be a slog for the SP.
It's definitely undervalued in the 3's. I would have thought post pandemic it should be around the 6's but that's probably more good than unbiased analysis
