Also, you should be wary of attributing a large outlay with the purchaser necessarily knowing what they're doing and indicative of future company success.

We are all invested in the company for a reason, so see the upside we think is there.

But wealthy people can be wrong, and they can make poor decisions. They can also be clueless.

That's not to say they are, or they're wrong in this case.
