Was just pondering the same thought.

kaddy is essentially a reverse listing/merger

ebev would be good to do the same.

Thoughts: dillution will hurt and most likely be larger than desired

amount of time taken to integrate businesses would be similar to kaddy

more synergies released between current and integration

higher short term staff costs/redundancies

massive upside

fast increase in logistics volumes

eliminates all the competiton
