TTM after Q1 FY23 will be about $24.5M x 10 multiple similar to now = $245M MC / 2.644B SOI = 9.25c SP so may raise at around 8c.

FV will be $24.5M x 20 = $490M MC or 18.5c SP which would result in about 15c raise. So the range in round numbers is possibly 5-15c SP.

The question is how much revenue is eBev generating & what multiple to pay? Will get Kaddy to $1M GMV about 12-18 months faster.
