As far as Ebev goes personally I think we should just compete with them side by side, i don't see why they can't both exist together.
We should be confident in our business model and not be scared to take on other businesses. If we just keep paying through the nose at ridiculous multiplies to take out threats every time one comes our way, then we're never going to get past 5 cents, the dilution will be huge!
Let's just get on with 'Project One' and spend a solid 12 months of integration and if all goes well after that then look at other opportunities, and maybe by then eBev will be coming to the acquisition table on our terms, rather than us going to them now with our tail between our legs and paying a hugely inflated multiple and bringing our SP down to 1 cent!
