Yeah we have been through this - they have been around for a while.
Kaddy = Superior fulfillment service.
DT mentioned that several suppliers have jumped on-board Kaddy past quarter - why? Because of superior service. Superior Service is the underlying carrot that gets suppleirs/customers on board. It is what Amazon has done so well.
Kaddy have run on the board in this area with DIFOTs of 90%+ and unoprecendnted service level. Continuing this great level of service is what we get us market share in long run.
In contrast... DMurphys has this on their delivery service... look at this 1166 reviews 1.9. Most are sign how bad fullfillment is.
