I would hazard a guess that offers have already been sent through. However i would hope they weere refused.

i previously said that at a low share price we are a target for offers/takeover.
The big boys have big pockets and know that now is the time to buy.
An undervalued stock is best bought cheaply and we would be a prime candidate for buyout/privatisation.

at the moment, we need to hope that the major shareholders i.e dean decide that this is best kept public and listed. A scheme deed could come through,..they are bought out and run the company with shares in its success as an integration of edv and a fast path to profitability and instant massive GMV
