Further to my previous post.....it looks as if the new rates are more sensitive to KMs.
Ex Adelaide old rates for 6 pack:
Melb 12.45
Sydney 12.45
Brisbane 12.45
Perth 13.45
New
Melb 13.65
Sydney 14.70
Brisbane 13.65
Perth 16.80
As you can see 10% is the bare minimum. Perth closer to 25%.
