$20M logistics revenue + $1M GMV revenue. The $20M will rise 8% for fuel levy + 10% for new rates.
GMV is about $20M x 5% = $1M pa. Most of these are smaller suppliers & will most likely remain on Freemium with fast payment at 5%.
With the big brands it was the option of 5% fees & nil GMV = nil revenue versus say $100M GMV x 1.25% fees = $1.25M + SaaS subscriptions at maximum of $3k pa for the big brands. 1,200 suppliers x $3k pa = $3.6M pa if they all chose the cheapest GMV option.
Average Kaddy order size is currently $600-650 per venue which is about 6 cases per month. The small brands on Kaddy most likely account for 20% of the total volume bought by these buyers so 100% volume = $3,250 per month including big brands.
Looking at eBev they claim to have $154M GMV / 3,000 venues = $4,277 per month but they claim that some of the largest groups are exclusively using their platform.
Kaddy have about 15,000 products / 1,200 suppliers = 12.5 sku's per brand whereas eBev have 65,500 products / 700 suppliers = 93.5 sku's per brand as they are the big brands.
