There is a listing of Directors Transactions in ASX companies that you can access online. Out of the ~2400 ASX listed companies, only a handful have Directors that ever buy/sell/transfer shares in any given week. DW8 is not the only company without recent Directors' transactions.
There could be any number of reasons why Directors choose not to buy.
