Hi Steve, Those numbers look pretty good. My only question would be regarding the added expense of a full quarter NDC lease. I'm assuming this 'kicked in' mid Feb when settlement took place. Are we looking at about 200k a quarter rent? I think anything under $2 million cash burn is going to be well received.
