I'd be reconsidering my investment here if Dean got the boot. He has a huge amount of skin in the game, didn't sell anything when SP was peaking and has built the business rapidly from essentially a shell company to having 20,000 SKUs and $20m annualised revenue. I have a lot of belief in him and the Kaddy founders to continue this growth
