I think the comment from DT last year was (and im paraphrasing here) 'it only takes one large customer to make us cash flow positive'
He was likely talking just about the logistics side being cash flow positive, and im certain he would have been applying the previous price model to the concept.
However I think it still holds some truth. Except maybe we need 2 or 3 large suppliers, which apparently we have now...
