Maybe DT was not fully aware of cashflow situation due to CFO. CFO would have been aware when the cash was going to run out.
Needed to raise mid April around 3c. Needed $7.5M = 250M shares. Would have had $10M+ end of Q4 FY22. No need to scramble last minute.
Wonder why CFO left last year? Did he cook the books or the new bloke?
