Dont think anyone was saying its a good thing, consolidations dont usually work out well, just give the share price more room to fall. Consoldiations usually lead to new lows, check out recent ones WSI, ZLD, MOM, NUH, Ci1, all consolidations lead to new all time lows.



Really no reason for it, just takes up time and money in admin, gives the share price more room to fall, and also allows management to do a cap raies, Im definitely against consolidation, just saying its the likely path DW8 will take unfortunately.
