Only holdings of 5% of shares or more classify as substantial holders, so with DW8 having so many shares on issue , 2737 million, so 2.7 billion odd, 5% of this is 136 million shares, which only one holder in the top 20 has this amount, heres the latest top 20 from the annual report:
Short answer is the buy on friday wont be a substantial holder.
