Think its funny that you think the board have any power in this situation given their balance sheet currently. Their only assets are them being stupid enough to buy Kaddy at a 90x revenue multiple!
As for a takeover, why would anyone take them over now when they're in the midst of struggling? If the only thing the company actually has is its "tech" then they don't need all vans, stock staff and lease liabilities it comes with. They'll wait until its almost into liquidation or 15 dilutive events deep where there really isn't any value other than the tech itself.
Cashflow is king and there currently isn't any likelihood of cashflow positivity until 2025.
