It seems DT was trying to keep legacy clients happy for b2c fullfillment which SV straight away sees as a massive no no. DT previously mentioned congestion issues in our logistics wing, possibly low earning b2c stock movement interfering with the main goal. $5M+ in savings PA already realised but will likely take a hit to revenue due to loss of b2c, the kicker is this void will likely be taken very very quickly by stock that will have greater movement. (limited warehouse space optimised for efficient and maximised movement/profitibility/fulfilment flow and timing.) all great news. DT possibly too emotionally invested and couldn't make the hard decisions?
Genuinely didnt know we were supporting b2c through fullfillment..To identify such a large burn issue within the short time here and jump on it tells me SV has the experience and knowledge to put this dumpster fire out. Steve20 my lord
