    A big question is how long was board looking for Replacement behind DTs back. DT put 20k on spp and then got replaced a week later, would explain the dump as he may need funds asap as he isnt getting salary, or as shadow mentioned he had to give up his voting rights? I think its perfectly acceptable that DT brought the vision to reality but the cogs within the system needed someone with deep experience, he was just an architect with a dream... But he got us this far
