- we do not control fullfillment on 100% of marketplace orders, if using our fullfillment then yes premium delivery standards needs to be maintained, but a lot of the kaddy orders are managed by the suppliers own fleet..
You say longer wait times on stock are unacceptable, is there any other logistics business within the alcohol b2b that offers same/next day delivery? Are they or did they in their youth experience these same issues.
The late part of your post insinuated youre here to down ramp and not to review issues.
Our logistics has been at capacity for some time to the point we are turning people away so this is quite a contradictory statement
