You are still sooooooo deluded. The customers flocked to something new LAST YEAR (as new customers do) and it has since let them down. Customer retention mate - look it up. That explains the downward curve in the last report. Did you actually read that or were you still blinded by DT bling?? Cases down since December. Your biggest problem, new customers will be signing up at the same time while cases going down, so your retention is rubbish.......





Two businesses - Kaddy orders and customers (up and up) and logistics (down and down). Implication - logistics is dead as a dodo.

Who said logistics was at capacity and when - show us the date and the data. Any updates since then - all quiet on the western front right? It was at capacity due to staff issues but not any more.

And the biggest show of your complete and utter industry naivety of all......yes, every distributor for DECADES has offered next day delivery for orders before 2pm the day before. That is a minimum service level in our industry. If you can't do next day, two days tops, then you should have never got in the game. We are not buying Christmas presents - core stock needed to run a business.
