I don't think it would ever happen. It is not TWE core business to distribute wine, it is a means to an end. That is why they ended up in the 4PL with Trebuchet to ship their wine around the world. Taking over DW8 would not help TWE in the slightest, however using DW8 to distribute their wine will be very advantageous, for TWE and for us DW8 shareholders!

TWE also wouldn't want the hassle of dealing with everyone else's product. Let's get some runs on the board with B2B launch and prove our model and make it as attractive as possible for TWE to join us when their current agreement ceases! cheers
