Kaddy has been on my Wishlist for acquisitions. Would make sense for our first acquisition to be on the logistics end of the market, and another acquisition on the marketplace end. It would be a strategic acquisition to bring in the 400 venues, not sure what else could be gained from it however, we would end up with two marketplace platforms.

Does Kaddy have a marketplace fee?, or are they purely SaaS? I can't image slapping at 5-10% trading fee on top of existing distributor margins would be popular. The real advantages of Kaddy is the digitised platform purchasing/invoices ect.
