Kaddy sounds like a good acquisition, but from what I’ve read the blokes over there are young guns who probably have many years of motivation left in them. I don’t think they’d give up what they’ve created for anything close to what we would consider a beneficial valuation.

I think we’d have to exert some serious competitive pressure on kaddy’s market share before we can bring a compelling offer to the table.
