All I can report for now is the only wineries I know of that have decided against onboarding at this stage are ones with innovative methods of their own or already have enough reach and therefore the luxury to wait and see how it goes before jumping on later. With the numbers they have and if they nail the platform and its ability to synergise with others there is no way they won't get all of them in due course.
