10c is always hard to break. It may consolidate around the early 9s/late 8s over the coming weeks as some have pointed out.
However honestly this move toward 10 could not have come at a better time. Considering Marketplace launch is imminent, if it pulls back a touch over the coming weeks, that will be fine. It will burst through Late March/April with all teh news to come, today was just the monthly update.
