Agreed, im in the same boat.

Was planning to purchase a property soon, but have decided against it as i'd rather keep the capital in DW8 as i believe i'll receive a better ROI keeping it in there for another 2 years. Once it reaches a level im more comfortable with i will also be selling a small portion to invest in early-stage small caps as you are.

The thing i love most about DW8 is that generally speaking, the sp will only continue to rise from here as the company grows. It is not like other high-risk small caps in mining/medical etc - if they get bad results from a drill or experiment, it sends the shareprice tumbling and loses holders a large portion of their investment. The longer you hold DW8, the higher the SP. Love it.
