WINEDEPOT is an exciting new start-up that aims to simplify and improve the wine supply chain by connecting the various stakeholders using technology. We are in the process of launching a B2B Marketplace that will revolutionise alcohol distribution.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is highly organised and experienced in Xero and corporate accounting practices. This is a full-time position.

Your responsibilities:

• Invoicing
• Customer details in Xero
• CSV uploads
• Reconciliation to General Ledger
• Manage customer credit limits
• Customer account follow-ups
• Keep supplier payables up to date
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Look to create efficiencies through process automation

Your ideal experience:

• Minimum 2-year professional experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where you were managing internal or external customer requests. This may have been a contact centre for an e-commerce business.
• Ecommerce experience with Logistics knowledge
• Knowledge and experience within the Wine industry is desirable, but not mandatory
• Tertiary qualification desirable, but not mandatory
• Fast learner with strong fluency in Web Technologies and the Internet
• Solid Xero experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, MS Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised, both individually and as part of a small team
• Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
