Here is a chart with annual cases of wine by country in 2018. The wine market is growing at 8.51% CAGR so need to increase case numbers in the below chart by 27.75% for 2021 case numbers. Australian annual case numbers will be 63,875,000 in 2021 in leau of 50,000,000 in 2018.

Global annual revenue for wine only will be about AUD $500B in 2021. China with about 150M cases in 2018 is tiny

Countries in chart below equate to 2,160,000,000 annual cases in 2018 x 1.2775 = 2,759,400,000 cases in 2021.

1% global market share = 27,594,000 cases in 2021. Most likely can get 10% in Australia, 10% in UK & 1% in most other markets. So that will be about 10% of 243M cases = 24.3M & 1% of 2,516,400,000 cases = 25.2M for a total of near 50M cases per annum in 2021 equivalent growing at 8.51% CAGR.
