DT tends to under promise & over deliver. If he set higher targets it would strain the relationship so they set a small target & he dangled his mate 20M shares carrot. The 20% minimum or 800 trade buyers will most likely end up being heaps more.
When I first invested in DW8 the other thing that stood out about DT was the rapid growth he achieved in his previous businesses. They all exceeded his own expectations. Wine Ark started off with one warehouse & within a short period of time he had numerous warehouses.
