Well said, I presume the MoU woukd be similar to the 'Shopify' or any other large website provider who wishes to integrate with the EBay system.
Having an MoU in place is good governance and meets best practice plus although not legal binding, the MoU will outline the T&c's and more importantly roles and responsibilities of both parties.
This is by far a step-up above the general user or seller of the system.
It also covers Ebay and WineDepot globally, meaning quicker access and set-up when they branch out overseas. Key contacts will be listed, which in turn will speed up escalation and fixes to issues.
& yes I deal in MoU's for large systems between providers and gov's but would prefer to be rich enough from my DW8 shares to retire
