I was playing with those number in my head yesterday.

I can't add much clarity on how many cases the average establishment goes through.

Say 10 cases a week on average, x 52 weeks = 520

We are targeting 5000 establishments with Bibendum partnership incentives.

5000 x 520 = 2,600,000 cases a year

say an average of $6 earnings(GP) per case (10% B2B fee plus logistics fees)

2,600,000 x $6 = $15,600,000

That's for 10% of Aus venues, and assuming an average of 10 cases a week, may be a lot higher.
