I have absolutely never heard of this, tell your mate to use a broker that doesn’t require a person. ComSec Westpac selfwealth nab trade etc etc. without sounding harsh mate, this sounds like the biggest load of sh1t I have ever heard. Not direct at you, directed at the brokers your mate is using.
