    Interesting what it says about temperature controlling. Just being insulated and ventilated is not the same as using refrigeration systems to keep them at the ideal temperature (7-12c for white, 12-18c for red).
    Where I live we often get temperatures around 40c over summer. My house is very well insulated, but just with good insulation and ventilation it still gets around 30c inside on hot days without AC on.
