Digital Wine Ventures Limited (ASXW8) (Company) advises that a member of the senior management team has resigned and therefore his Unquoted Senior Management Incentive options would lapse unexercised. However, as recognition of the high level of work the staff member has
provided to the Company, the Board has agreed with the ex-employee that he will maintain 1,500,000 Unquoted Senior Management Incentive options exercisable at $0.025 each on or before 25/11/22. A total of 3,000,000 Unquoted Senior Management Incentive options exercisable at $0.0465 each on or before 25/11/24 have lapsed as noted in the attached Appendix 2A.
