I’m a bit more optimistic. The incentives to sign up, order, and not return again are huge. Key will be retaining the incentivised customers. As tommytrader has pointed out, lack of SKU’s is an issue. But that requires us to buy into the one platform mentality. Reality is, as a business owner, if you can get your core product range from an existing supplier but supplement that purchase with an order from WD, where exotic wines are cheaper, then why not go through the hassle of making 2 seperate orders for an overall net saving.
next monthly will be a test for me. So many ST opportunities that as someone about to tick over the CGT discount clock makes me seriously think about a sell and buy in again. Might be a great opportunity to buy on the lull between may/June and September/October periods
