Most likely delaying the announcement a few days until there is news on Melbourne lock downs. That way can provide direction on whether Brisbane B2B should go live in leau of Melbourne.

We'll see how many cases for May very soon. I think 27.6k, 20% MOM, minimum is required.
30k cases will be a great result = 30.4% MOM & if it gets above 32k cases = 39.1% MOM then it will be time for astronaut suits.
It will no longer be $12.40 average per case for logistics. B2B average case price is $105 x 12% fees = $12.60 + $5 logistics = $17.60 per case.
Margin will increase from $12.40 x 25% = $3.10 per case for logistics only to $13.85 per case or 78.7% for B2B cases.
