IMO launching South Australia should be a priority.
A lot SA restaurants pride themselves on offering local produce food/wine from McLaren Vale / Barossa / Adelaide Hills.
Given the importance of retaining and adding to wines from these regions, it would benefit these suppliers through existing local trade, initially.
