Seems a key emphasis in recent interviews on being a tech play and the distinctions required to the logistics side and why it is still a supporting plank required in the grand scheme of things.
seems like a SaaS style tech play multiple would be a good angle to go if they can pull off the scale and platform. Many others will try and jump in the space if they don't get it right from the get go.
also probably clear that pivoting to owner owned logistics served them better than the previously announced partnerships. Not sure why some were fixated on this as good business is having the ability to pivot as soon as required regardless of past sunk costs or decisions. Which is probably the reason they're out there running businesses vs the arm chair businessmen HC commentators.
