Speaking only for myself however the info may interest some.
I ordered on the 21st.
Arrived in SE Melb on the 29th.

I do believe that Serafino pallets arrived at the WineDEPOT depot on the 27th, thus a two day delivery time from receipt into the warehouse to my front door.

Courier was Couriers Please.

I will contact the company for further clarification as to why there was a delay between receiving the order on the 21st and receipt into the warehouse. Clearly it's a question for the winery as we only pick-up from the cellar door upon request. So, perhaps the winery waited for enough orders to fill all the pallets.

Key point- once the wine was in our hands.. delivery was prompt.
