So Direct is a service that allows producers to list their products on marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay & Vivino.

Has there been anything from WD about allowing independent retailers to store their inventory in WD depots, list their range on these marketplaces via Direct & have the orders fulfilled by WD. This would open up new sales channels for independent retailers without need to invest in additional storage, warehousing & fulfilment or the need to separately find & list on all of these marketplaces. This could be an additional source of revenue that isn't even being factored in to WD growth options.

As the former owner of several independent retailers which included an online offering, I can't see why we wouldn't have done this had it been offered at the time.
