IMO Jono is right. DW8 follows suit in which disruptors follow. Undercut the competitors, gain market share and once the company is in a demanding position due to its excellent service. Customers have no choice but to accept the price increases as no other business or competitor can provide the same service.
This is what Netflix and Uber initially did.
