I really get the feeling that some larger holders have been deliberately keeping the foot on the chest of this shareprice. Every time it looks like getting up it gets pushed back down.
as Bigfoot and Steve mentioned . Divergence between money flow index and SP. I still believe an accumulation is occurring. But who or whom.
