OK so just under 20 not sure where I got 40 from. I feel some are calculating that partons wasn't worth much due to low EBITA and low amount dw8 'paid' for them but after listening to what Dean said in the recent small caps interview along with recent announcements it looks like partons was doing quite well but were strapped for funds due to having to pay out a CO's redundancy amongst other things causing them to not have enough Liquidity available to continue growing. I believe this acquisition and the way they've gone about acquiring it is genius as it's a win win situation with payment being linked to performance . If Dean can do what he said and unlock efficiencies and leverage partons logistics on to dw8s other streams, I think we will be doing good.
