I was reviewing the revenue multiple during the last SP run & it got to a whopping x131.2. Heaps of froth in the market in general at that time so unlikely to be repeated.
At 21c SP peak = $374.2M MC - $6.9M cash = $367.3M / $2.8M via Q2 2021 4C = x131.2 or about x3 the usual x40-44 multiple it had previously traded at.
It is currently trading at about x22 multiple at it's lows. The revenue multiple was also in the mid 20's range during the 4c SP lows last year.
A few great announcements along with some Reddit hype like last time as momentum changes & the revenue multiple could be anything.
About 32 trading sessions remain until the October 4C. Will it turn before or after? We'll wait & see.
