A sign of things to come?
A prime Port Melbourne winemaker's warehouse has been sold to a German based fund manager for $81.6m.
It was purchased in 2014 by the Jreissati family (one of whom own the top tier Yarra Valley winery Levantine Hill) under a leaseback arrangement from the Rathbone Wine Group for $31m.
Makes DW8's purchase of Partons and our own facilities look even better.
