I dont know much about cap raising for consolodations etc...
But what would happen if the SP falls below 0.010c by the time we hit july, will the cap raising be successfull? or will it be re-adjusted to its current sp?
from memory, around July is when RSL plans to do its delisting from the asx for the raising.
