Completely understandable mate i hope with the coming unification dw8 will be shut down and Kaddy will be the sole point of contact to stop that sort of confusion.

Obviously not fun having stock issues, i imagine the business is undergoing growing pains and most of the issues you explained can be looked into and fixed.

I have forwarded your experience on to Kaddy without your details so that they can at least review these issues.
