KADDY WHOLESALE OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE

The Company

Kaddy is the leading B2B marketplace for beverages discovery, ordering, invoicing and payments. Having recently merged with an ASX listed company, the number of trade customers and supplier partners joining Kaddy is growing rapidly. Kaddy owns and operates a tech led wholesale beverages solution called ‘Bevvy’, which is available exclusively on the Kaddy platform. The business works with leading beverages suppliers (with a focus on craft beer and spirits), to make the portfolio available to our 2,300 and growing trade customers.

We’re seeking a gun Operations Manager to drive continued growth of Bevvy and manage all facets of its wholesale operations from our Sydney CBD HQ.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Strategy: devise and execute strategic plans to drive and support continued growth of Bevvy
• Account management: Working closely with trade customers on growing order basket size and ranging
• Partnerships: Working closely with supplier partners on growth initiatives to increase distribution, share of voice and sales
• Acquisition: Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to sales and working closely with the Kaddy acquisition team to drive growth
• Administration: Order, pricing and freight management
• Inventory management: Managing stock in our 3PL warehouse and working closely with 3PL partners to ensure best in class service
• Ops reporting: Monthly reporting, building dashboards and presenting data driven growth solutions to the business

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, results driven and a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership in a fast paced environment. Past wholesale beverage experience, understanding of the Australian wholesale liquor market and/or a love of beverages is a big plus! Qualifications include:

• Min 2 years in operations/procurement/buying role
• Strong ability to analyse data and identify key insights to improve performance
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter, fast learner and problem solver
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Understanding of CRM systems and experience with B2B tech companies valued but not essential
