Damien, No - doesn't have to be announced until it is signed and back in his possession.

Up until that point, it is not a done fact!

The market has been kept informed on where things are at, and until something is ready to be announced, there IS no need.

For example, we have been told John Jacoby was flying back to Angola on January 6th to commence drilling at Longonjo / Catabola. Now, if he did, the market is informed.
They only need to tell us if there are DELAYS now in the Longonjo / Catabola process, otehrwise everything is on track.

Same with finance, we have been told that they hope to get things moving in the middle of this week, but until it's FINALISED, there is no need to ann.

This may well serve the purpose of shaking out some day traders too - which will be even healthier for our long term progress.
